Do we need a photo together?
No. Send one photo of you and one photo of your pet. They do not have to be in the same picture.
Can I see it first?
Yes. You see up to three previews before you pay. The file you buy is that preview, without the watermark.
What does it cost?
Your first portrait is £9.99. Each extra portrait in the same order is £4.99. You pay once.
What if it doesn't look right?
Each paid portrait comes with 2 free re-dos. After that, you can have a full refund within 14 days if the portrait does not look like the person or the pet, someone is missing, or there are obvious errors.
What happens to my photos?
We delete the original photos after 30 days. We keep finished portraits for 12 months. We never use your photos to train AI.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. At checkout you add a first name and a note. They open a private link, read the note, and see the portrait. There is nothing to post.
